This page (and the whole wiki) is being repeatedly vandalized by 202.63.160.210. What do we do?

Don't we want to put links here to the Global Voices pages and to the mailing list on GoogleGroups? I'd also like to cross-link to the community working on the almost identical issue within the Pakistani community.

..seems to have resulted in some links not working. Which is why I had put in ordinary links earlier. The Bypassing the Ban link on this page doesn't seem to work when wikified for some reason. It should go to Bypassing The Ban by right now, it asks me to create a page by that name. Deepak Shenoy (or whoever else is around that knows their way around wikis) could you look into it, please?
