The actual offence was abolished in May 2008, although there is speculation that the Racial and Religious Hatred Act 2006 (UK) could, in actual fact, criminalise some forms of blasphemy; additionally, blasphemy is generally taken as grounds to censor, e.g., on the TV.
Things can be censored to a varying degree if it "goes against generally accepted standards of harmful and/or offensive material, if not justified"
This "may include[ ...] discriminatory treatment or language (for example on the grounds [...] religion, beliefs".
Also: "The religious views and beliefs of those belonging to a particular religion or religious denomination must not be subject to abusive treatment".
Anecdotally, this is certainly not entirely enforced, espescially after the watershed
